The label on the delivered product should be read before preparation or consumption.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient and allergen information before purchase and consumption.

Products may be prepared, handled or packed in facilities that also process ingredients such as:

  • Other spices or allergens

6. No Medical Claims

Our products are sold as food products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Any general statements about traditional ingredients, household use, nutrition or wellness should not be treated as medical advice.

7. Preparation and Storage

Customers must follow the preparation, refrigeration and storage instructions printed on the product or provided with the order.

We are not responsible for quality or safety issues caused by:

  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Failure to refrigerate when required
  • Use after the best-before or expiry date
  • Exposure to moisture, heat, sunlight or contamination
  • Use of unclean utensils or water
  • Failure to cook a ready-to-cook product adequately
  • Transfer into an unsuitable container

8. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on the product and checkout configuration. The final payable amount, including applicable taxes and shipping, will be displayed before order confirmation.

We may change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an already confirmed order unless there was a clear and genuine pricing error.

9. Pricing and Listing Errors

We may cancel or correct an order where a product was listed with:

  • An obvious pricing error
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Incorrect description
  • Technical error
  • Unavailable stock
  • Incorrect shipping eligibility

Where payment has already been received for a cancelled item, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We may accept, reject or cancel an order for reasons including:

Cash on Delivery may not be available for all locations, product types or order values.

We may contact you to verify a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch.

We aim to acknowledge a formal grievance within 48 hours and work toward resolution within one month, depending on the issue and information required. This approach reflects the grievance-handling framework under India’s E-Commerce Rules. 

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights and the jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law, disputes relating to the business may be handled by courts or authorities having competent jurisdiction in Gujarat.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from using a legally available consumer grievance or dispute-redressal mechanism.

24. Severability

If one provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on the website with the updated date.

Continued use of the website after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
